Working with Axa Real Estate, Bell Hammer, CBRE and Knight Frank we have created an estate name and umbrella brand which creates a sense of ‘place’. We have also named and branded the individual office, retail and public realm to create a cohesive brand experience. The marketing campaign launched with a stylish film which brings all the elements of the project together, delivered through a responsive website for the whole estate, and followed up with high-end brochures for the individual buildings.
