Comprised of three buildings offering 600,000 sqft of prime office space, the Forbury Place Estate has created a thriving new urban business district for the South East. With current occupation at 70% our recent brand refresh was aimed at attracting occupiers to the remaining available space. The new brand concept and messaging communicates that Forbury Place truly offers everything ‘For Everyone’ based on its superb position in the city, modern workspaces, transport links and lifestyle opportunities. The campaignable identity includes a bespoke typeface and has been applied to films, books, website and interiors.

Blast were briefed to create a campaign for Forbury Place which could compete with schemes in London. They have achieved this through intelligent design of the highest quality.
