Well, to be clear, we’re not calling ALL graduates. Just the ones that shine the brightest, and have a passion for creating big ideas and beautifully crafted design.
We’re looking for 2025 Graphic Design graduates to apply to our Internship Programme. Those with a hunger to learn and develop into great designers under the guidance of award-winning designers with tonnes of experience.
Other than loads of enthusiasm and a positive attitude, to apply you’ll need a well-rounded portfolio which includes brand identities, creative campaigns, website and digital design. We’ll be looking for ideas in your work which solve a brief creatively and communicate succinctly – delivered with an appropriate design aesthetic and typography.
We’re a small, friendly, sociable team of designers who are equally passionate about design as we are about enjoying life at work, so we’re looking for people who rub along well with others, get involved in studio culture, socialise – and hold their own at ping-pong!
About our Internship Programme
Our programme is open to university graduates, and Junior Designers with up to one year’s experience. Internships are for one week and take place at our Hackney studio from 9.30 – 6pm. During the week you’ll work on a creative campaign brief to produce a printed poster and social media posts – as well as getting involved in live studio projects and whatever else happens to be going on that week. And to help towards expenses we pay our interns the National Minimum Wage.
The aim of our internships is to provide you with valuable studio experience, exposure to client briefs and advice and guidance from our design team which will help you on your journey in design. From you we ask for enthusiasm, a willingness to work hard and help out wherever possible – and to show us what you’ve got creatively. We also use our programme to find rough-diamonds and potential Junior Designers to join our team. So, for a chosen few, if we like the way you work and you fit in, you may be invited to extend your stay so we can test you out for a permanent position. There’s the carrot!
