Born from the spirit of the Green Carpet Fashion Awards, Threads of Change brings together creative leaders, changemakers, and bold voices to honor those driving impact at the intersection of fashion, culture, and community.
The inaugural event was held this week at 1 Hotel West Hollywood, in support of the Altadena Fire Fund – uplifting the people and places most affected by California’s wildfires.
Working with our partners in sustainability, For.Tomorrow, we created the brand identity using typographic ‘threads’ to represent the voices, opinions and stories of those leading the charge toward a more sustainable future.
The design needed to be flexible and dynamic, something that would have impact across platforms, telling different stories and amplifying diverse voices in endlessly creative ways. We brought it to life through moving threads of copy – statements, messages and thoughts that intertwine poignant imagery to bring stories and experiences to the fore. Set against photographic sunrises – visual metaphors for the future – they create striking event design, animations and social posts.
Threads of Change is more than an event, it’s a movement that we’re proud to support and be a part of.
