Comprised of three buildings offering 600,000 sqft of prime office space, the Forbury Place Estate has created a thriving new urban business district for the South East. The brand and marketing campaign was created with the flexibility to incorporate all three buildings; providing a cohesive brand experience, whilst communicating individual benefits and business messages.

The scheme is the largest and most prestigious development in the region, and the quality of the brand and marketing materials had to match these aspirations. Our promotional work has included the creation of films, graphic animations, direct mail, environmental branding, digital marketing and an onsite marketing suite. Each building has been launched to the market with a hard-back book, supported by a website which brings together all availability for the estate in one site.

Blast were briefed to create a campaign for Forbury Place which could compete with schemes in London. They have achieved this through intelligent design of the highest quality.
